Back to Nature – 2 day riverside yoga retreat.  08 – 09 July 2017.

Retreat to a beautiful riverside setting for a weekend of yoga, including one group hypnotherapy session with workshop leaders Justine Farnworth (Yoga) and Nina Jarvis (Hypnotherapy).

On this 2 day retreat you will be tapping into the subtle powers of nature that the old yogis relied upon for their insight. The forest fragrance, the river breezes and pure mountain air are passageways into our practice to boost physical and emotional wellbeing.

We are not separate from nature, we are part of it. That is why it can make us feel at home and offers an organic level of focus for our weekend workshop.
